3 Return the power bank to any Charge24/7 station. To find a new station you can download the app to see a map with all the Charge24/7 stations

How does a Charge24/7 Subscription work?

Charge24/7 Subscriptions is by far the most value for money deal we have and lets you rent power banks as much as you like.

Charged before rentals. Actives when you sign up. Renews automatically.

How does pay-as-you-go work?

You only pay for the time you have the power bank.

Can I charge any phone?

All of our power banks come equipped with iPhone and Android (micro-USB, USB-C, and Lightning) cables. You can also charge other gadgets and wearables.

How do I return the power bank?

The power banks can be returned to any Charge24/7 station that has available slots. Push the power bank back into a free slot until you hear a click.

I did not receive a confirmation on returned power bank. Why?

Sometimes it may take up to one minute before you receive a confirmation. If several minutes pass and you still have no confirmation, contact customer support.

What if I do not return the power bank?

Pay-as-you-go:

If the power bank is not returned within 3 days (72 hours), you will be charged with maximum daily amount of 5 EUR for the first day. After another day have passed, you will be charged another 5 EUR for the next day, same applies for the 3rd day. If it is not returned within 3 days, it will be considered lost or purchased, a 40 EUR lost power bank fee will apply.

Charge24/7 Subscription:

If you have not returned the power bank within the end of paid subscription period, a 40 EUR lost power bank fee will apply.

How long before my phone is fully charged?

Most phones can be fully charged within 75 minutes. However, this may vary depending on your phone and its battery capacity.

How do I know the period of time I have used the battery,
and how much I will be charged?

When you rent a power bank, the App will display the time of rental, the duration of your use and the total cost.

How long does a Charge24/7 power bank charge?

Our power banks have a charging capacity of 5000-mAh. This is the equivalent of two full charges for most phone models.

My App is not working. What to do?

If you are experiencing trouble with our App, first try to reboot the App. If you are still having trouble, try re-installing the App. If it is still not working, please contact our support team at info@charge247.lt
